  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, capable of translating data into actionable facility design and process improvements.

Responsabilidades

  • Analyze facility-level SKU, volume, and demand data to translate insights into a concept of operations for each facility.

Descripción del empleo

  • Analyze facility-level SKU, volume, and demand data, and translate that analysis into a concept of operations for each facility, establishing the analytical foundation that underpins every downstream layout and staffing decision.
  • Produce the detailed facility layout design (CAD) per the design standard, balancing throughput, space utilization, and future scalability against each site's physical and operational constraints.
  • Build workforce productivity and capacity models using time-study methods, providing the quantitative basis for staffing plans, shift structures, and throughput targets.
  • Translate design output into vendor RFP technical specifications and support the evaluation and scoring of external consultants and intralogistics vendors, ensuring proposals are assessed against consistent, standard-based criteria.
  • Support re-engineering of existing facility operations as SKU mix, order profile, or volume evolves, keeping live facility designs fit-for-purpose over time rather than static one-off deliverables.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for design-standard questions, providing guidance to facility teams and ensuring consistency of solution design across sites.
  • Present design concepts, capacity models, and vendor evaluation findings to Project Champion and DNO lead to support go/no-go and investment decisions.
