Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics activities
• Handle incoming and outgoing goods and ensure accurate documentation
• Prepare and maintain logistics, inventory, and shipment records
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, production, and other departments
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues, suppliers, or partners when needed
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery
• Assist in resolving logistics and delivery-related issues
• Ensure logistics processes follow company procedures and standards
