Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to drive warehousing and transportation operations, ensuring on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and efficient costs. You will work with Warehouse Operations, Transport Vendors, Customer Service, Commercial, Finance, and other Supply Chain functions to achieve objectives.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement to meet service levels and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Eng, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Logistics: Warehousing & Transportation.
• Strong analytical skills for cost data and operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP ERP systems.
• Familiar with WMS & TMS.
• Experience with 3PL providers and transportation vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehousing and transportation activities to ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
• Analyze logistics performance, costs, and productivity to identify improvements.
• Control 3PL and transportation vendor performance against KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance of logistics processes with policies, audits, and records.
• Collaborate across functions to support priorities and execution.
• Lead continuous improvement projects in logistics operations.
