Job summary

PT Everseiko Indonesia is looking for a seasoned Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily logistics operations in Jakarta, ensuring inbound/outbound activities, storage, and delivery align with SOPs. You will lead the warehouse team, monitor inventory accuracy, and drive timely deliveries while coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Purchasing.

The role requires extensive experience in logistics and a Bachelor's degree, with strong leadership, English fluency, and proficiency in MS Office to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain.
• Previous experience as a supervisor or in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, distribution and delivery processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Able to work with targets and deadlines.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

About you

Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, distribution, and delivery processes

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Able to work with targets and deadlines

Fluent in both spoken and written English
