Job summary

PT. AIRROWES GLOBAL LOGISTIK is seeking a Pricing Analyst to calculate and prepare competitive rates for sea and air freight from Jakarta. You will update pricing data, analyze market rates, and issue accurate quotations while maintaining strong customer relations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in logistics pricing or freight forwarding, proficiency in Excel, and good English and Indonesian communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year experience in logistics pricing or freight forwarding.
• Understand export-import flow and freight calculation.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, service-oriented, and able to build relationships.
• Able to communicate in English; Indonesian is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare competitive rates for sea & air freight services.
• Update pricing data, analyze market rates, and issue accurate quotations.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers for long-term cooperation.
• Assist customers with shipping needs and inquiries with operations (CS).

Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams to verify costs and service terms
