Job summary

PT. Milenial Solusi Internusa seeks a Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end international and domestic freight forwarding, warehouse management, and supply chain optimization across sea, air, and land channels.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of logistics leadership, strong WMS/ERP experience (SAP, Oracle), and excellent negotiation and analytical skills. Fluency in English is required for international communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Logistics Manager.
• Strong freight forwarding and warehousing operations background.
• In-depth understanding of INCOTERMS and international import/export procedures.
• Proficiency with WMS and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Outstanding negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership ability to manage, train, and motivate warehouse and logistics teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end international and domestic freight forwarding operations (Sea, Air, and Land freight).
• Coordinate import/export documentation and manage customs clearance processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with international shipping regulations.
• Direct and optimize daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure maximum space utilization and maintain high standards of safety and security.
• Negotiate rates and build strong relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and 3PL providers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate regular stock takes and cycle counts.
• Ensure high inventory accuracy using WMS.
• Analyze supply chain workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Reduce logistics costs, minimize transit times, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.

About you

• In-depth understanding of customs regulations, INCOTERMS, and international import/export procedures
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and enterprise ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Outstanding negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership ability to manage, train, and motivate warehouse and logistics teams
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with international forwarders, global suppliers, and overseas agents
