Job summary

pt. richeese kuliner indonesia seeks a results-driven Local Sales & Marketing Manager to craft and execute local strategies across assigned territories, driving customer acquisition and improving transaction performance.

You will identify B2B opportunities, build strong relationships with local customers, and lead a team to deliver GTM plans, channel prioritization, and territory expansion. Travel to territories is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Local Sales Marketing, B2B Sales, Business Development, or related commercial roles.
• Proven experience in developing and managing B2B customer relationships and generating new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of local customer acquisition and territory-based sales management.
• Experience in developing and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, preferably across multiple channels or territories.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify customer potential, market opportunities, and revenue growth drivers.
• Experience managing and prioritizing local sales channels, with a strong focus on high-potential and priority channels.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage a team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring the team stays on track.
• Strong time management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable business strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel and manage assigned territories as required.
• Highly proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Local Sales & Marketing strategies to drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and transaction performance across assigned territories.
• Identify and develop B2B and local business opportunities, including corporate, community, institutional, and other potential customer segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing local customers to generate new business opportunities and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Develop and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for priority channels and local market opportunities, ensuring effective execution at store and territory level.
• Define and prioritize Local Sales & Marketing channels based on market potential, customer profile, territory characteristics, and business opportunities.
• Conduct territory and market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive activities, customer needs, and potential areas for expansion.
• Translate business strategies into actionable local sales initiatives, programs, and activations to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, customer acquisition, program effectiveness, and territory development, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Local Sales & Marketing team, ensuring clear priorities, effective execution, and achievement of individual and team targets.
• Establish clear work plans, timelines, and priorities to ensure the team remains on track and delivers initiatives within agreed deadlines.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Commercial, and other relevant functions to ensure seamless execution of local sales initiatives.
• Regularly evaluate performance and optimize strategies based on market insights, sales data, and business results.
