Job summary

Anymind Group is seeking a Live Streaming & Content Producer in Indonesia to manage end-to-end livestream execution and ensure seamless social commerce activities. You will translate briefs into engaging live rundowns, briefing hosts, coordinating cross-functionally, and analyzing performance to maximize reach and revenue.

The role requires 1–2 years in livestreaming or related fields, familiarity with TikTok Shop or Shopee Live, and strong data-driven skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Media, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Livestreaming, Social Commerce, E-commerce, Content, or Marketplace operations.
• Platform knowledge of TikTok Shop and/or Shopee Live operations.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and product bundling/mechanics.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze performance metrics and use Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into detailed livestream execution plans and drive end-to-end livestream planning and execution.
• Prepare host briefs and coordinate readiness across Host Management, Trainers, Moderators, and Creative teams; align livestream events with short-form video activities.
• Monitor live streams in real time; track GMV, Viewers, CTR, CVR, AVD, and Engagement; troubleshoot issues and identify improvements.
• Maintain campaign timelines, tracking sheets, and deliverables; prepare performance recaps and actionable learnings for leadership.

We are looking for a dynamic Live Streaming & Content Producer to manage end-to-end livestream execution and ensure our social commerce activities run seamlessly.

In this role, you will bridge campaign strategy with real-time execution—translating marketing briefs into engaging live rundowns, briefing hosts, coordinating cross-functionally, and digging into performance metrics to drive maximum reach and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Livestream Planning & Execution
  • Translate campaign and promotional briefs into detailed livestream execution plans.
  • Prepare live rundowns, establish product priorities, structure promotion mechanics (vouchers/discounts), and outline key selling points (KSPs).
• Cross-Functional & Host Coordination
  • Prepare comprehensive host briefs and coordinate readiness across Host Management, Trainers, Moderators, and Creative teams.
  • Collaborate with Content Planners to align live streaming events with short-form video activities for maximum synergy.
• Live Monitoring & Performance Optimization
  • Monitor live streams in real time to ensure campaign plans are executed smoothly and accurately.
  • Track key performance metrics including GMV, Viewers, CTR, CVR, Average Watch Duration (AVD), and Engagement.
  • Troubleshoot live execution issues instantly and identify opportunities for continuous performance improvement.
• Campaign Management & Reporting
  • Maintain campaign timelines, tracking sheets, and assigned deliverables.
  • Prepare performance recaps and actionable key learnings for Lead/Manager review.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Livestreaming, Social Commerce, E-commerce, Content, or Marketplace operations.
• Platform Knowledge: Highly familiar with TikTok Shop and/or Shopee Live operations.
• E-Commerce Literacy: Solid understanding of e-commerce campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and product bundling/mechanics.
• Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work smoothly across diverse teams (creatives, hosts, moderators) in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in an Agency, E-commerce Enabler, or high-volume Social Commerce brand.
• Background in industries such as Beauty, FMCG, Personal Care, Fashion, or Consumer Electronics.
