Responsibilities
Develop weekly and monthly content calendars for livestream programming.
Monitor livestream performance metrics and propose optimization strategies.
Collaborate with various teams for operational execution of live shows.
Oversee the planning and rollout of key live campaigns, peak seasons, and thematic events.
Coordinate with Creators, KOLs, Partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality and on-brand livestream content.
Ensure all content elements (scripts, run-downs, creative assets, talking points) are prepared ahead of each show.
Monitor livestream performance metrics (CTR, retention, watch time, GMV, conversion).
Run content reviews and post-mortems to identify improvement points.
Propose content optimization strategies such as improvements in storytelling, pacing, anchors, creator selection, and formats.
Work closely with Creator Management, Live Stream, and Ops Teams to align on content direction and resources.
Collaborate with the Commercial team to align content with category priorities and sales targets.
Ensure seamless operational execution across teams for all live shows.

Create end-to-end content concepts and show frameworks for various livestream formats (entertainment, commerce, educational, creator-led, etc.).

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Marketing Communication or a related field
Min 2 years experience of live commerce or live marketing ideally in E-Commerce

Strong interest in digital marketing tools and tactics, include knowledge of social media.
