PT FCL Internasional Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Live Streaming Operator to manage real-time broadcasts from our Jakarta studio. You will guide hosts, optimize product promotions, and monitor live metrics to maximize viewer engagement and sales.

The ideal candidate has a degree in marketing or related field, at least 1 year in e-commerce live streaming, and hands-on experience with OBS and major platforms such as TikTok Live or Shopee Live.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, New Media, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce live streaming, short video, or new media operations. Experience in beauty or FMCG industry is a plus.
• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee Live, or other major e-commerce live streaming platforms, including rules and best practices.
• Strong data sensitivity; able to analyze real-time data and quickly optimize live stream strategies.
• Proficient in OBS and other live streaming tools; basic knowledge of live stream technical operations.

Responsabilidades

• Live Stream Process Management: Monitor the live stream in real-time, adjust the pacing, control the overall progress, and ensure it runs efficiently and smoothly according to the plan.
• Guide and assist the host in product promotion: Adjust the pace of product promotions, provide additional talking points when needed, interact promptly, and ensure product conversion effectiveness.
• Data Monitoring: Keep an eye on real-time sales data, viewer interaction, and conversion rates, making timely adjustments.
• Pre-live preparation: Prepare materials and products; prepare scripts and talking points; confirm the availability of products, inventory, promotions, and free gifts needed for the stream.
• Live Operation Coordination: Ensure OBS, the video feed, equipment, and computer operations are functioning correctly.
• Post-live Review and Summary: Compile live stream data and identify issues, then promptly review and discuss improvements with the host.
