Job summary

Garena is seeking a Product Associate who is passionate about building games and delivering the best user experience. You will run daily live operations of the gaming product, including localization, QA, live environment handling, and evaluating operational improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; business or engineering background advantageous.
Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Do content localizations from English to Indonesian and conduct Localizations QA (LQA).
Operate and maintain daily live operations of the gaming product (live environment handling; bugs and hacks) and evaluate operations.
Investigate product health performance and live reports to ensure smooth experiences.
Interact with market and consumers to gather insights for better product experience.
Collaborate with local and global stakeholders on product-related matters.
Develop proposals for product improvement projects with research and operations teams.
Deliver on other product-related ad hoc tasks as required.
