Job summary

TikTok LIVE team in Jakarta welcomes an Agency Operations Project Intern for a 2026 start. You will engage in real-time livestream operations, data analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to plan revenue and content activities in Indonesia.

Responsibilities include supporting creator ecosystem maintenance, analyzing streaming data to drive performance, and assisting in local online/offline revenue events. Commit to a 6-month, 5-days-per-week internship starting in July.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Undergraduate or Master degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related field.
• Available to start July 15 and commit to a 6-month internship, attending 5 days per week.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, resilience, attention to detail, ownership mindset.
• Proficient in Excel and common office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the creators' content ecosystem in Indonesia.
• Analyze live streaming data and situations to help develop operational strategies and improve performance.
• Help organize online and offline revenue and content operation activities locally.
