Responsibilities

• Oversee lifestyle (e.g. Food, Travel, lifestyle vlog) creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities.
• Manage merchant partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (both English & Bahasa Indonesia) to support smooth collaboration with Indonesian merchants, agencies and internal teams.
• Ability to manage mass communication and facilitate group coordination.
• Good analytical skills, communication skills, and team working skills.
• Able to work at least 4 days a week for at least three months.

• Proactive, highly organized, and detail‑focused.
• Thrives in a dynamic, creator‑facing environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience in creator operations, particularly managing small creators or merchant projects, with strong follow‑through across all process stages.
• Process‑oriented thinker with the ability to propose and maintain templates, SOPs, and shared documentation for efficient workflows.
• Basic understanding of TikTok and content trends in the F&B or attractions industry is a plus.
• Proficient in using simple design tools to craft clear and engaging mass communication messages for the community.
