• Experience in creator operations, managing small creators or merchant projects, with strong follow-through across all process stages.
• Process-minded with ability to propose and maintain templates, SOPs, and shared documentation for efficient workflows.
• Basic understanding of TikTok and content trends in the F&B or attractions industry is a plus.
• Proficient in simple design tools to craft clear and engaging mass communication messages.
