Job summary

Noomi Matcha is seeking two Live Hosts to drive engaging live commerce sessions, showcasing products and promotions while guiding viewers to purchase. You will own lively on-stream interactions, demonstrate products, and align with the team to hit sales targets.

Ideal candidates have at least a year of live-hosting experience, strong communication, and a natural, persuasive presence on camera. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Live Host, Live Seller, Content Creator, Sales Promoter, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Host and conduct live streaming sessions per schedule and platform requirements.
• Develop strong product knowledge and clearly communicate benefits and promotions.
• Prepare and maintain live setup including products, props, lighting and background.
• Execute sales scripts with hooks, demos, promotions, and urgency.
• Interact with viewers, answer questions, and respond to feedback.
• Promote products, vouchers, bundles, and campaigns per Marketing Lead guidance.
• Coordinate with Marketplace Admin for stock, pricing, vouchers, and promotions.
• Maintain energetic, engaging, and professional presence during streams.
• Monitor engagement and adjust presentation and selling approach.
