Job summary

PT Sika Indonesia is seeking a Line Leader to guide the small pack production line and achieve daily targets while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency.

Based at our head office in Cileungsi, Bogor, you will supervise the production team, ensure SOPs and ERP readiness, and drive 5S, PPE discipline, and continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of line leadership in chemical/production are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering in relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years leading a production team.
• Experience in chemical/paint production preferred.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the small pack production line to meet daily targets.
• Maintain a zero-accident record on the line.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
• Verify material availability and machine readiness.
• Develop the production team in 5S, PPE discipline, and continuous improvement.
