Job summary

Elper Development, a Bali-based property developer, is seeking a Lighting Drafter to join the electrical team. You will produce lighting layouts and sections for villas and resorts, draw lighting system diagrams, and prepare SLDs and load schedules. You will also create lighting groupings, switches, dimming schedules, and installation details for lamps.

The role involves close collaboration with architects and engineers to deliver in-house design from concept to shop drawings.

Qualifications

• Produce lighting layouts and sections for villa and resort projects.
• Draw lighting system diagrams and detailed installation drawings for lamps.
• Read and prepare SLD (one line diagram) and load schedules.
• Produce lighting layout and section, lighting grouping and switch, lighting dimming schedule, lighting system and installation details for lamps.

Responsibilities

• Create lighting layouts and sections for villas and resort projects.
• Develop lighting diagrams and installation drawings for lamp fixtures.
• Prepare SLDs and load schedules for project handover.
• Compile lighting grouping, switches and dimming schedules for installation.
