Elper Development is looking for a Lighting Drafter to join our Bali-based electrical team, designing and detailing lighting layouts, sections and installation drawings for villas and resorts. You will coordinate with architecture, interior and MEP groups, ensure compatibility with site conditions, and maintain an up-to-date drawing set while following the design intent.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in lighting/electrical drafting, strong AutoCAD skills, and familiarity with Revit;
Elper Development is a Bali-based property developer designing and building villas, resorts and hospitality projects. Our design work is done in-house, from concept through shop drawing, and we are adding a dedicated Lighting Drafter to the electrical team.
Produce lighting layouts and sections for villa and resort projects
Prepare lighting grouping and switching drawings
Draw lighting system diagrams and detailed installation drawings for lamps
Read and prepare SLD (one line diagram) and load schedules
Coordinate with the architecture, interior and MEP teams so the lighting follows the design intent
Revise drawings against site conditions and keep the drawing set current
Minimum 2 years as a drafter with a lighting or electrical focus
Strong AutoCAD skills, and Revit is a plus
Able to produce lighting layout and section, lighting grouping and switch, lighting dimming schedule, lighting system and installation details for lamps
Understands DALI system, 0-10V dimmer, phase cut dimmer and KNX
Understanding of cable types, for example NYYHY or NYM, is a plus
Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali
