Job summary

PT LUMINDO LESTARI invites applications for a PROJECT LIGHTING DESIGNER to develop creative and functional lighting concepts across residential, commercial, hospitality, and other projects in Indonesia.

You will prepare layouts, calculations, and specs using CAD and 3D tools, create visualizations, coordinate with design and construction teams, select fixtures within budget, visit sites, and present proposals to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Lighting Design, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in lighting design is a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with 3D software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max.
• Familiar with lighting calculation and simulation software like DIALux/Relux.
• Able to read architectural and technical drawings.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to develop aesthetically pleasing and functional lighting solutions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for lighting products and solutions based on project requirements, specifications, and budget.
• Present designs to clients, handle revisions and feedback, and ensure all lighting design deliverables are completed accurately and within project deadlines.
