PT LUMINDO LESTARI invites applications for a PROJECT LIGHTING DESIGNER to develop creative and functional lighting concepts across residential, commercial, hospitality, and other projects in Indonesia.
You will prepare layouts, calculations, and specs using CAD and 3D tools, create visualizations, coordinate with design and construction teams, select fixtures within budget, visit sites, and present proposals to clients.
This is a Lighting Design role focused on developing creative and functional lighting design concepts for residential, commercial, hospitality, and other projects.

Prepare lighting layouts, lighting calculations, specifications, and technical drawings using CAD and/or 3D design software.
Create lighting visualizations, presentations, and design proposals based on project requirements and design concepts.
Coordinate with Interior Design, Architecture, MEP, Electrical, and other project teams to ensure proper design integration.
Select appropriate lighting fixtures, materials, and lighting control systems according to project requirements, design concepts, and budget.
Conduct site visits, review site conditions, and coordinate with contractors to ensure proper implementation of the approved lighting design.
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for lighting products and solutions based on project requirements, specifications, and budget.
Present designs to clients, handle revisions and feedback, and ensure all lighting design deliverables are completed accurately and within project deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Lighting Design, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in lighting design or related projects is a plus.
Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with 3D design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.
Familiar with lighting calculation and simulation software such as DIALux, Relux, or equivalent is an advantage.
Able to read and understand architectural, interior design, electrical, and technical drawings.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to develop lighting solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Good communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
