Authentic Brands Group in Indonesia seeks a driven BD Director to expand licensing partnerships across Lifestyle, Beauty and Fashion, delivering top-line revenue. You will pitch, negotiate, and close deals, manage prospects, and build strategic relationships with licensees.

This role offers uncapped commissions and the opportunity to influence branding across a dynamic, global portfolio while traveling occasionally to key markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in new business development in licensing for Lifestyle, Beauty, Fashion markets in Indonesia.
• Full-cycle sales from lead generation through closing the deal.
• Have knowledge and understanding of licensees and product categories.
• Strong outreach and cold calling to win new business.
• Experience negotiating licensing contracts and closing deals.
• Able to partner with licensees to grow their business.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand licensing partnerships in Indonesia.
• Pitch, sell, negotiate, and close licensing deals.
• Lead and manage term sheet development with legal counsel.
• Maintain CRM and track sales activity and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Brand Management and Business Development to align proposals.
