PT Bank JTrust Indonesia, Tbk is seeking a Liabilities Product Specialist - Synergy & Governance to oversee funding product governance and ensure regulatory compliance across savings, current accounts and deposits in a dynamic Jakarta setting.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to harmonize product development and implementation, monitor regulatory obligations, and support board reporting with accurate data while guiding teams on governance procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in related field.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements.

Aufgaben

• Ensure funding products comply with external regulations (OJK, BI) and internal policies.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure synergy in funding programs.
• Collaborate with IAD for regulatory audits and risk identification.
• Maintain documentation of product governance and procedures.
• Ensure promotional programs align with strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Provide governance training and guidance to teams.
• Collaborate with CLLD, CPD, RMD and HOBD on regulatory obligations.
• Oversee product life cycle from concept to end-of-life with compliance.
• Provide accurate management data to support governance and board reporting.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure consistent governance.
• Prepare regulatory and achievement reports as needed.
• Coordinate with Branch teams for daily technical support for product provisions.
