Job summary

Honest is seeking a Compliance Specialist – Product to ensure our financial products meet regulatory requirements in Indonesia. You will work closely with Product, Legal, and business teams to review new offerings before launch and monitor ongoing compliance across the lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 2-5 years in regulatory compliance within financial services, with strong knowledge of OJK and BI regulations, IT/cybersecurity controls, and experience in regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in regulatory compliance, risk, or legal in financial services

Responsibilities

• Review products and initiatives for regulatory compliance before launch
• Embed compliance in the product development lifecycle and train teams
• Support regulatory reporting including incidental/incident reports
• Maintain the product compliance review register and tracking log
