Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law or related field from reputable university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Legal, preferably in financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial laws and regulations.
• Advanced level of spoken and written English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and interpret new and revised regulations affecting the Company's business activities.
• Conduct regulatory impact assessments and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Deliver compliance advice and guidance to business units on regulatory requirements and compliance obligations.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate regulatory and internal compliance reports.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely submission of reports to regulators and management.
• Coordinate reporting requirements with relevant departments.
• Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and compliance monitoring activities.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Track remediation progress and escalation of outstanding compliance issues.
• Manage the review, update, and approval process of company policies and procedures.
• Ensure internal policies remain aligned with current regulations and business practices.
• Maintain policy governance records and version control documentation.
• Maintain regulatory registers, licenses, permits, corporate approvals, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure regulatory records are complete, updated, and readily available for inspection.
• Coordinate license renewals and regulatory document maintenance.
• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Analyze compliance trends, issues, and key risk indicators.
• Provide recommendations to improve overall compliance effectiveness.
• Lead or participate in compliance-related projects, regulatory initiatives, and process enhancement activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes, controls, and governance practices.
• Support automation, digitization, and efficiency improvement initiatives within the compliance function.
