Job summary

PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Staff to support its legal activities within a mining and oil/gas services context.

The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with external parties to support business operations across its subsidiaries in Indonesia. The candidate will handle corporate documents, licenses, and permits, and work with internal teams to provide timely legal guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree and solid understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or prior legal exposure is a bonus.
• Ability to draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities for handling multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders and external parties.

Requirements
