Job summary

PT Indobara Bahana is seeking a Legal Professional to review and analyze submitted agreement documents, and draft Power of Attorney as required by the request. The role involves reviewing or creating draft agreements in accordance with submissions, conducting legal risk assessments, and coordinating with relevant parties throughout the drafting process.

A Bachelor's degree in Law and at least 2 years of legal experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Legal; construction industry is an advantage.
• Good understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
• Completion of PKPA, Advocate Examination, and possession of KTA are advantages.
• Experienced in handling business-related permits, legal documents, and drafting/reviewing agreements and contracts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; detail-oriented and multitask under pressure.
• Willing to work mobile.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze submitted agreement documents.
• Draft Power of Attorney as required by the submitted request.
• Review or create the required draft agreement in accordance with the requested submission.
• Perform legal risk management analysis regarding the agreement documents created or reviewed.
• Coordinate with relevant parties during the review and drafting process of said agreement document.

Requirements

Completion of PKPA (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat), passing the Advocate Examination, and possession of KTA (Kartu Tanda Advokat) are advantages

Experienced in handling business-related permits, legal documents, and drafting/reviewing agreements and contracts

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multitask under pressure

Willing to work mobile.
