Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough contract reviews, analyse legal cases, and provide accurate and effective legal opinions and advice for the company's litigation cases.
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with external parties, including regulators, external counsel, legal partners, notaries, and government officials.
• Handle both criminal and civil cases occurring within the corporate environment (Pidana, Perdata, and TUN).
• Monitor case progress and provide regular updates to the management.
• Prepare necessary documents for both internal and external use.
