AnyMind Group is seeking a Legal Executive in Jakarta to support its corporate legal team. The role involves researching Indonesian regulations, drafting and negotiating contracts, and handling secretarial matters while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a recent law graduate or with limited experience who wants to grow in a dynamic corporate environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• 1 year of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of contract law, corporate law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on Indonesian regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards, and summarize findings for internal use.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Prepare final documents with accuracy, including licensing and corporate secretarial matters.
• Support regulatory compliance efforts, including monitoring legal developments and ensuring adherence to applicable laws.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal inquiries and compliance concerns.
• Manage legal document filing and administration, including physical and digital filing, tracking renewals, and monitoring expiry dates.
