Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Legal Executive to support a growing business with exposure to both Indonesian and Singapore corporate matters. You will review agreements and provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders.

This role requires a Law degree, experience in corporate secretarial or regulatory work, and strong English communication. Singapore exposure is highly valued, and you will coordinate with authorities and service providers for Singapore-based entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Experience in legal, corporate secretarial, regulatory, or in-house legal functions.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate and regulatory matters.
• Exposure to Singapore corporate matters is highly valued.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely renewal, amendment, and compliance of company licenses.
• Coordinate with government authorities and internal teams on licensing matters.
• Support legal, compliance, and corporate secretarial matters for Singapore-based entities.
• Develop an understanding of Singapore corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Singapore corporate secretarial service providers and external legal advisors when required.
