Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Legal Executive to support a growing business with exposure to both Indonesian and Singapore corporate matters. You will review agreements and provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders.

This role requires a Law degree, experience in corporate secretarial or regulatory work, and strong English communication. Singapore exposure is highly valued, and you will coordinate with authorities and service providers for Singapore-based entities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law.
Experience in legal, corporate secretarial, regulatory, or in-house legal functions.
Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate and regulatory matters.
Exposure to Singapore corporate matters is highly valued.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Review agreements, corporate documents, policies, and other legal documents.
Provide day-to-day legal advice and support to internal stakeholders.
Monitor applicable laws and regulations relevant to the business.
Support corporate secretarial matters and requirements for a public listed company.
Assist with regulatory reporting and disclosures to authorities such as OJK and IDX.
Prepare corporate documents, Board and Shareholders resolutions, and other corporate actions.
Coordinate with government authorities and internal teams on licensing matters.
Support Singapore-based entities and regulatory requirements for Singapore.
