Job summary

PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk, Jakarta-based, seeks a Corporate Legal professional to support day-to-day business activities. You will draft, review, and negotiate agreements and other legal documents, and ensure corporate records, licenses, and permits are up to date.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in corporate law, strong understanding of Indonesian commercial law, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law required.
• 2–3 years of corporate legal experience.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial law.
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and legal documents.
• Familiarity with corporate governance, licensing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle and provide legal support on day-to-day corporate and business activities.

Handle and provide legal support on day-to-day corporate and business activities.

Ensure corporate documents, licenses, permits, and legal records are properly maintained and up to date

Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies

Coordinate with external lawyers, notaries, government institutions, and other third parties when required

Support the company in handling legal disputes, claims, and other legal matters

Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of legal and corporate documents

About you

Bachelor's degree in Law

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate legal

Solid understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial law

Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and legal documents

Familiarity with corporate governance, company licensing, and regulatory compliance

Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
