Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a legal contracts professional to review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with artists, venues, vendors, and partners in Bali. You will ensure that terms protect the company’s legal and financial interests and mitigate contractual and regulatory risks across all activities.

The role involves reviewing payment terms, liabilities, indemnities, cancellation clauses, penalties, and termination provisions; supporting permits and licenses; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law required.
• 2–4 years of experience in legal, contract management, compliance, or commercial matters.
• Proven contract review, drafting, and negotiation experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and regulatory risks.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate artist, venue, vendor, partnership, and other commercial contracts.
• Ensure terms protect the company’s legal and financial interests.

• Identify and mitigate legal, contractual, and compliance risks across activities.
• Assist with permits, licenses, regulatory approvals.
• Review employment and contractor agreements and other documents.
• Maintain and update standard contract templates and internal approval processes.
• Coordinate with authorities, external counsel, and other parties as needed.
• Support dispute resolution and contract enforcement as necessary.
• Provide practical legal and compliance support to internal teams.

• Support the company in obtaining and maintaining required permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals.
• Review and provide input on employment agreements, contractor agreements, and other legal documents.
• Maintain and update standard contract templates, legal documentation, and internal approval processes.
• Coordinate with government authorities, external legal counsel, and other relevant parties when required.
• Support the company in dispute resolution, contract enforcement, and other legal matters as necessary.
• Provide practical legal and compliance support to internal teams while ensuring business activities remain aligned with applicable regulations and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in legal, contract management, compliance, or commercial legal matters.
• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
• Good understanding of commercial contracts and key contractual risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good understanding of permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, events, or creative industries is a plus.
