Job summary

GreenSM Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking an experienced in-house counsel to guide the company through complex legal landscapes. You will provide expert advice, draft and negotiate contracts, and support risk mitigation across business units.

The role requires a minimum of eight years in law firms and startups, fluency in English, and a deep understanding of local and international regulations. You will collaborate with teams to align legal strategy with business goals and stay ahead of regulatory
