We are seeking an experienced Advisory Contract Manager to manage the legal and commercial aspects of contracts throughout the sales and project lifecycle. This position will take the lead in contract review, drafting, analysis, negotiation, execution, and fulfilment. The successful candidate will also identify contractual risks, support high-quality decision-making for sales projects, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and commercial requirements.
Lead the review, drafting, analysis, negotiation, and implementation of commercial contracts.
Develop appropriate contract strategies, solutions, and contractual documents for sales and project requirements.
Take overall responsibility for the commercial and legal aspects of assigned contracts.
Monitor and support contract execution to ensure all contractual obligations are properly fulfilled.
Support sales authorization and execution by providing clear commercial and legal recommendations.
Identify, assess, and communicate legal, commercial, financial, and operational risks contained in contract clauses.
Recommend appropriate mitigation measures to protect the company's commercial and legal interests.
Establish contract quality improvement targets and drive continuous improvements in contract clauses and documentation.
Develop account transaction practices and strengthen transaction capabilities.
Support sales project operations and facilitate high-quality commercial decision-making.
Minimum bachelor's degree in law.
At least five years of hands-on experience in contract management or another relevant field.
Minimum five years of experience in contract review and analysis.
Minimum three years of experience in contract drafting.
Minimum two years of experience in contract negotiation.
Proven experience drafting and negotiating contracts for large-scale or complex projects.
Strong contract reading, writing, analysis, and risk-management capabilities.
Good understanding of international trade and commercial principles.
Knowledge of international finance and law, trade compliance, import and export regulations, cybersecurity, data and privacy protection, competition law, and applicable local contract laws.
Basic understanding of project management, revenue recognition principles, project estimation, and budgeting.
