Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in law.
• At least five years of hands-on experience in contract management or another relevant field.
• Minimum five years of experience in contract review and analysis.
• Minimum three years of experience in contract drafting.
• Minimum two years of experience in contract negotiation.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating contracts for large-scale or complex projects.
• Strong contract reading, writing, analysis, and risk-management capabilities.
• Good understanding of international trade and commercial principles.
• Knowledge of international finance and law, trade compliance, import and export regulations, cybersecurity, data and privacy protection, competition law, and applicable local contract laws.
• Basic understanding of project management, revenue recognition principles, project estimation, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the commercial and legal aspects of assigned contracts.
