Job summary

Hytech seeks a Legal Associate to join its Indonesia team. The role focuses on transactional support and day-to-day corporate and commercial document drafting and reviewing for our regulated CFD and forex business in Indonesia.

You will draft, review, negotiate contracts; support governance; coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel; manage legal risk and compliance; conduct English-language legal research across common law jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) and admission to practice in Indonesia preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in a law firm and/or in-house environment.
• Strong experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken); Mandarin Chinese proficiency preferred.

About the Role

Requirements

• Strong experience in corporate and commercial law
• Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken) , Mandarin Chinese (oral) proficiency is preferred
