Job summary

Path Finder Investment is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Officer to support our Legal Operations at the Head Office. You will review, draft, and negotiate vendor and partner agreements to safeguard the company’s interests and ensure compliance.

You will coordinate corporate legal matters, including establishment/closure, and identify risks with recommendations to mitigate them. Strong Bahasa Indonesia and English skills, plus collaborative teamwork, are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
1–3 years of relevant legal experience (internships acceptable).
Experience drafting legal documents and agreements in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Strong understanding of legal principles and corporate matters.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate agreements with vendors and business partners.
Coordinate corporate legal matters, including company establishment and closure.
Identify legal risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, notaries, external counsel, and others to ensure timely execution of legal matters.
Support legal projects and process improvements as assigned by management.
