Job summary

PT Lippo Malls Indonesia is seeking a Talent Development professional to analyze development needs, design structured training programs, and prepare diverse learning materials. The role requires coordinating sessions, facilitating discussions, and supporting participants to apply learning effectively.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field, with experience in Talent Management or Learning & Development and strong English/Indonesian

  • Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning curriculum.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with managing and utilizing e-learning platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized in a dynamic environment; able to manage projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze talent development needs and identify targeted training programs.
  • Develop structured training programs with learning objectives, content, and evaluation plans.
  • Prepare up-to-date learning materials including modules, guides, presentations, and videos.
  • Manage and facilitate training sessions, lead discussions, and support participants in applying learning.
  • Develop and implement employee development programs, coordinating schedules and monitoring progress.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs through feedback and outcomes.

Job description

Analyze talent development needs based on established core competencies to identify targeted and relevant training programs.

Develop well-structured training programs, including learning objectives, content, and evaluation plans, to accelerate participants’ skill and competency development.

Prepare relevant and up-to-date learning materials, including training modules, guides, presentations, and videos, tailored to talent development needs across different job levels.

Manage and facilitate training sessions, including leading discussions, providing practical assignments, and supporting participants in completing assigned tasks to ensure understanding and effective application of the learning materials.

Develop and implement employee development programs focused on enhancing skills and competencies, including coordinating training schedules, facilitating training sessions, and monitoring the progress of employees participating in development programs.

Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs through participant feedback, performance measurement, and analysis of program outcomes.

Requirement:

Bachelor degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.

Experience in HR-related functions that includes Talent Management or Learning & Development.

Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning curriculum.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in both written and spoken: Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Familiarity with managing and utilizing e-learning platforms.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Detail-oriented and well-organized in a dynamic environment: able to manage projects and tasks efficiently and independently from end to end.
