Job summary

Resinda Park Mall is seeking a dedicated Leasing Executive to manage and optimize leasing for our Karawang mall. You will secure new tenants, renew leases, and negotiate favorable terms while coordinating with property management to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and market insight to drive occupancy and revenue in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Good negotiation and contract management skills, with a proven track record of successful lease agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Mall industry environment in Karawang region or surrounding area, and knowledge of relevant regulations and trends.
• Proficient in using real estate-related software and tools for property management, lease tracking, and reporting.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on-site and occasionally on weekends, depending on mall activities.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate the performance and status of the leasing portfolio
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market conditions, and best practices to enhance the company's leasing strategy

About the Role
