Job summary

PT Paramount Enterprise International is seeking a Leasing Executive in Tangerang to identify and approach prospective tenants, negotiate lease terms, and develop competitive leasing packages. You will prepare tenancy documents, reports, and maintain active communication with current and potential tenants.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of leasing experience, preferably in mall or property sectors, with strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of leasing experience preferred, mall or property industry a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills essential.
• Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective tenants, negotiate lease agreements, and develop leasing packages in line with management targets.
• Prepare letters, agreements, and other administrative documents related to the leasing process.
• Prepare leasing reports based on management requirements.
• Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
