Job summary

Alam Sutera Realty is seeking a Leasing Manager in Tangerang, Indonesia, responsible for leasing common areas in the mall for trading and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will manage casual leasing clients, enhance revenue opportunities, and ensure successful in-center activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the leasing of common areas of mall on a casual basis for trading or promotional activities.
• Manage existing casual leasing clients, identify and approach new customers and take part in strategy to enhance casual leasing revenue opportunities.
• Work closely with team and also customers to ensure their in-center activities are successful.
• Build relationships with new and existing retailers, as well as communicate with external businesses that may be interested in running promotion within mall.
• Educate clients on upcoming events and influence them to lease casual space in mall.
• Ensure established casual leasing target is met.
• Ensure that non‑productive area generates revenue for the company.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, any field.
• Minimum five years of working experience in casual leasing, from shopping centre / mall / hospitality management.
• Have extensive knowledge about leasing management.
• Familiar with and have a good understanding of casual leasing agreement / casual leasing contract, documentation, clauses and interpretation.
• Good understanding of tenant mix and zoning.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Alam Sutera.
• Full‑time position available.
• Knowledge and skills: proficiency in computer, especially Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in foreign language (English), both written and verbal.
• Competency in leadership, coordination, negotiation and communication.
