PT Lion Super Indo seeks an experienced Leasing Manager to oversee the end-to-end leasing lifecycle for all store premises in Indonesia. You will define lease strategies, negotiate favorable commercial terms, and maintain strong relationships with landlords and building management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Proficiency in English.
• 5 years of experience with exposure to negotiation, cross-functional alignment, and store-network experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication capability.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, and lease contract concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
