Job summary

SPX Express in Jakarta is seeking a Learning & Development specialist to design and maintain learning content for First Mile operations, and develop onboarding and refresher materials. You will partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs, translate requirements into training solutions, and manage projects to ensure timely delivery.

Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, and tools like PowerPoint and Google Workspace is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training, or Content Development.
• Basic understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, graphic design, video editing, or AI content creation tools is a plus.
