Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to review and optimize business processes through ICT and to design, develop, and oversee the learning technology strategy, roadmap, and budget.

You will benchmark similar systems, ensure thorough documentation, and drive collaboration with internal and external partners to achieve project goals on schedule. A strong background in UI/UX and multimedia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Minimum 2 years working experience

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze current business process to enhance value through ICT.
• Design, develop, and manage the learning technology strategy, roadmap, and budget.
• Benchmark similar applications/programs/systems.
• Manage consultative services to improve effectiveness and efficiency through ICT.
• Ensure completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration with internal and external parties to meet project goals and timelines.
• Conduct learning and benchmarking on best practices related to learning & development.
• Analyze and adopt best methods to propose alignment.
• Support for Integration & Implementation processes.
• Evaluate Needs assessment results and Proposed Findings.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in learning technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance learning experience.
• Provide reports to direct Supervisor and suggest improvements; perform Quality Management System tasks.

Job Description:

• Support in reviewing and analyzing current business process to enhance value through ICT.
• Support in designing, developing, and managing the learning technology strategy, roadmap, and budget, ensuring
  that it aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
• Support in conducting Benchmark the similar applications/programs/systems.
• Support in managing consultative service to improve effectiveness and efficiency process through ICT.
• Ensure completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation.
• Ensure the collaboration within internal and external parties are well managed and achieve the projects’ goal and
  timeline.
• Conduct learning and benchmarking on best practice related to learning & development.
• Support in analyzing and adopting the best method to approach and propose the alignment.
• Support for Integration & Implementation process.
• Support in evaluating the Needs assessment results and Proposed Finding.
• Keep updated of emerging trends and technologies in learning technology and recommend innovative solutions to
  enhance the learning experience.
• Management Support Activities:
  • Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time
    concern, effort and cost).
  • Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
