Job summary

PT Tribuana Global Grup is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for employees. You will create modules, lesson plans, and learning content, manage delivery, and assess impact using established evaluation frameworks.

The role requires strong communication and facilitation skills and experience with LMS. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have hands-on experience in creating learning

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR Development.
• Experience delivering training to employees.
• Experience creating training modules, lesson plans and learning materials.
• Experience operating Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Create and update training modules and internal learning materials according to company needs.
• Develop lesson plans for each training program.
• Prepare and deliver training programs for employees.
• Identify and evaluate training providers, trainers, and professional certifications based on employee development needs.
• Register employees and ensure participation in training programs and certifications according to schedule.
• Manage and update learning programs through Learning Management System (LMS).
• Create learning content in the form of e-books, videos, podcasts, or other learning media.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick evaluation methods and prepare evaluation reports.
• Monitor implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDP) based on evaluation results and corrective actions, particularly Kirkpatrick Level 3 (Behavior).
• Create progress reports on Learning & Development programs and provide recommendations for follow-up actions based on evaluation results.

Job description

About you

Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Management, Education, or related field

Experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR Development

Experience delivering training or classes to employees

Experience creating training modules, lesson plans, and learning materials

Understanding of training evaluation methods, particularly Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model

Experience operating Learning Management System (LMS)

Experience developing employee engagement or employee development programs

Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and ability to create engaging learning materials

Ability to work independently, stay organized, and conduct regular program monitoring
