Job summary

PT Hiro Group Indonesia is seeking a Learning & Development professional to support the development and implementation of employee learning programs across the group. You will assist in identifying learning needs, coordinating programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years in L&D, HR or related fields are preferred. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential, with willingness to travel to different locations as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Education, Hospitality, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or related roles.
• Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to be mobile and travel to different company locations/outlets as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing Learning & Development programs.
• Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify employee development needs.
• Coordinate learning schedules, participants, trainers, and training materials.
• Assist in developing and preparing learning materials and modules.
• Support the execution of learning programs for Head Office, Central Kitchen, and Operations teams.
• Monitor training attendance, completion, and employee participation.
• Collect and analyze training feedback and evaluation results.
• Maintain accurate L&D records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure learning programs align with business and operational needs.
• Visit different outlets or company locations to support L&D activities when required.
