Responsibilities
Conduct learning needs analysis based on each lawyer’s skill gaps, competency gaps, performance assessments, and career goals.
Develop a Personalized Learning Plan for each lawyer, outlining what they must develop in the upcoming year—aligned with their level (junior, mid, senior, partner).
Ensure each lawyer enrolls in and completes the required training, coaching, mentoring, or development activities.
Track progress, send follow‑up reminders, and report completion data to HR and leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field.
2–5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment.
Experience conducting training needs analysis and creating development plans.
Experience with competency frameworks or skill matrices is a strong advantage.
Technical Requirements:
Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and online training systems.
Comfortable using Excel/Sheets, LMS dashboards, and reporting tools.
Preferred:
Has experience designing or implementing personalized development plans or capability development frameworks.
Exposure to talent development, performance management, or employee evaluation systems in a structured workplace.
