Job summary

Smoore Technology Indonesia seeks an Industrial Engineer with a strong Lean/CI background to lead continuous improvement initiatives across production lines in Purwoasri.

You will drive lean execution, plant layout and automation planning, NPI support, and process optimization to maximize quality and efficiency.

The role requires proven IE experience, DFM and Poka-Yoke know-how, and cross-functional leadership to coordinate corrective actions with QA, MFG, ME, and Supply Chain vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven Industrial Engineering experience with CI strategy design.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and methods.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Lean Promotion: Develop CI strategies and drive lean projects with management and stakeholders.
• Lean Methodology Execution: Lead CI activities (Kaizen, VSM, TPM, One-Piece Flow) to improve performance.
• Factory Layout & Automation: Design factory layouts and support automation/IT system integration.
• NPI & Process Optimization: Support NPI and process optimization to improve quality and efficiency.
• Quality Countermeasures & Supply Chain Support: Drive root-cause analysis for production issues with QA, MFG, ME, and SQE.
