Job summary

PT. EDUCARE LITERASI PLUS is looking for a Lead Tutor who genuinely enjoys working with children and can lead learning activities for toddlers through elementary school. You will create a warm, safe, engaging environment and model high-quality teaching for other tutors.

Key requirements include experience in education or related field, strong English, and good communication and teamwork. A background in Education, ECE, or Psychology is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching or tutoring with children across toddler to elementary age.
• Strong English language skills, spoken and written.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver learning sessions for children from toddler to elementary school age.
• Create a warm, safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching approaches to different ages, developmental stages, and needs.
• Apply activities supporting cognitive, language, social, emotional, and motor development.
• Observe children's development and communicate observations with the team.
• Work with other tutors and tutor assistants to ensure smooth learning sessions.
• Guide other tutors to maintain high learning quality and consistency.
• Participate in lesson preparation and evaluation of learning activities.
• Communicate professionally with parents as required.
