Job summary

EFOC Learning Center is seeking an English Teacher to inspire young learners. The role focuses on delivering engaging English lessons to children aged 3–12, crafting age-appropriate plans, and creating a lively, supportive classroom.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (or be in final year) in a relevant field, fluent English, and a passion for child education. Fresh graduates are welcome; TESOL/TEFL certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or final-year student in English Education, English Literature, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience teaching children preferred; internships, volunteering, or teaching assistant experience encouraged.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Creative, patient, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• TESOL/TEFL certification or other teaching certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach English to children aged 3–12 years.
• Prepare engaging lesson plans based on students' age and learning needs.
• Conduct interactive learning activities through games, songs, storytelling, arts and crafts, and hands-on experiences.
• Create a positive, safe, and enjoyable classroom environment.
• Monitor students' progress and communicate learning outcomes with parents.
• Utilize educational media and technology to support learning.
