Job summary

Circle Time Preschool and Daycare is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide early childhood education for ages 1–6 in Green Lake City. You will plan activities, support holistic development, and maintain a safe, welcoming learning environment while communicating progress to parents.

The role requires English fluency, passion for child-centered learning, and collaboration with caregivers to ensure smooth daily routines. Montessori certification is optional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Education or related fields (e.g., Psychology, Family Studies).
• Teaching experience in preschool, daycare, or lower primary school.
• Sufficient to lead class in English and be comfortable in basic daily conversation.

Job description

We are hiring for Lead Teachers Roles for our Preschool and Daycare programs in Green Lake City to support the learning of children from 1-6 yo. As part of the teaching team at Circle Time, you will lead classroom learning experiences that nurture children’s growth in a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.

Support children’s physical, social-emotional, and cognitive development.

Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.

Communicate progress and updates regularly with parents.

Collaborate with teachers and caregivers to ensure smooth daily routines.

Demonstrates proficiency in phonics-based reading (Phonics technique) and is able to effectively apply it in teaching to support children’s early literacy development.

2. Foundation in Education

• Bachelor Degree in Education (or related fields: Psychology, Family Studies, etc.)

1. At least 1 yr teaching in English class or English-speaking school
2. English test score (TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, etc.) or English course certification
3. Experience overseas (living, studying, working)
