Qualifications

• Minimum final-year university student or S1 graduate in Education, Psychology, English Language/Literature Education, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience teaching or supporting children (preferably with experience in English literacy instruction).
• Patient with high empathy and nurturing approach when supporting children requiring personalized guidance.
• Excellent communication skills to provide regular progress reports to parents.
